We want you to love what you buy from Zaydan! If the size doesn’t fit or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Our 7-Day Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To make sure your return or exchange is accepted, please make sure that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Note: Sale items or customized outfits cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message on WhatsApp at [Insert WhatsApp Number] or email us at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Pack the Item: Safely pack the clothes in their original packaging.
  3. Send it Back: Send the package to our warehouse address: [Insert Warehouse Address]. (Please note: The customer is responsible for the courier charges when sending an item back to us).

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Exchanges: Once we receive and check your returned item, we will immediately dispatch your new requested size or color.
  • Refunds: If you want your money back, we will transfer the amount to your bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash account within 3 to 5 working days after we receive the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
